This Privacy Policy explains how Admark, Inc. ("Admark", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and our autonomous media-buying service (the "Service"). We designed the Service to run advertising on your behalf, which means we handle account, performance, and attribution data. This policy describes what that involves and the choices you have.
Contents
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
Account and contact details (name, business email, company, role), demo-request answers, support messages, and any preferences or guardrails you configure.
Information from connected accounts
When you connect advertising platforms, analytics tools, stores, or data warehouses, we receive data those integrations expose, such as campaign structure, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, orders, and revenue. This may include limited personal data contained in that performance and attribution data.
Information collected automatically
Device, browser, and usage information (such as pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, and approximate location) collected through cookies and similar technologies when you use our websites and app.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service, including planning, executing, and reporting on advertising;
- to generate forecasts, recommendations, and automated actions within your configured guardrails;
- to measure attribution and performance across your channels;
- to communicate with you about your account, demos, and support;
- to improve the Service, including model quality, using data in aggregated or de-identified form; and
- to comply with law and enforce our agreements.
3. Advertising & attribution data
The Service relies on performance and attribution data to decide how to allocate spend. We use this data to operate your account and to compute blended metrics such as return on ad spend. We do not sell your Customer Data, and we do not use one customer's data to advertise for another customer. Aggregated, de-identified benchmarks that cannot reasonably identify you or any individual may be used to improve the Service.
4. Connected platforms
Data received through platform integrations is used in accordance with this policy and the applicable platform's requirements. Where a platform imposes limited-use or similar restrictions on data obtained through its APIs, we honor those restrictions. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your settings.
5. How we share information
We share information with:
- Service providers that host, secure, and support the Service under contract and confidentiality obligations;
- Advertising and analytics platforms you connect, as needed to operate your account;
- Your own organization, including other authorized users of your workspace;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service; and
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion as described below; some data may be retained in backups for a limited time or where retention is legally required.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the EEA/UK and of certain U.S. states (such as California) have specific rights under laws like the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable law. To exercise a right, contact us at privacy@admark.ai; we will verify and respond as required by law.
9. Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run our websites and app, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
10. International transfers
We operate internationally and may transfer information to countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
11. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a new date and, where appropriate, notify the account owner.
13. Contact
